After successfully winning the East Dorset competition our Under 13 girls' football team were invited along to the county finals. The tournament consisted of two groups of six, with the top two from each group battling it out in semi finals and a final.

They were drawn in a difficult group alongside some strong other teams. They had some really strong performances throughout the group only losing one game out of five, ending the group in second place with a total of 10 points.

This saw them then face the top of the other group in the semi final where the girls put in their best performance winning 3-0 and looking very dominant. The final was against The Woodroffe School. It was a very close game but Allenbourn came out eventual winners 1-0 with a great team effort.

We are extremely proud of the girls as they gave absolutely everything in all of the games - which is even more amazing since a lot of the team were competing at Dance Live until 11pm the previous evening. Special mention goes to our captain - Izzy - who was integral in every game and even scored a perfect hat trick in one of the games.
