Weekly challenge - Rules

  • Choose a level

  • Practice every day at home

  • Improve

  • Go up a level if you can

  • Following week – come in at break time, show you have achieved your challenge to a friend or sports leader.

  • Find your name in your house group. Ask the assessor to put their initials against your name to say you have completed the challenge.

Break times

Year 6 – Tuesday

Year 7 – Wednesday

Year 8 – Thursday

Year 5 – Friday

Don’t changed into your kit unless you have PE next lesson.
